AGConsulting's Services: Group Training

For all your group training needs. This training is designed specifically to encourage interaction and communication in small groups of 6-8 trainees (8 being the maximum number of trainees per group). Smaller groups generate better group dynamics and more effective communication. In conjunction with this, the overall staff communication is improved within an international company.

Group coaching enables training to be customised to the company and group’s needs. This allows the company to agree targets for the training programme with both the employees and the training provider i.e. ongoing training to help maintain present language skills or to improve language skills over a fixed period of time.

Target group	Employees with the need for general business English, requiring language training on a regular basis to aid them in their day-to-day business activities. Diverse groups, either departmental specific or mixed departments enabling cross-divisional networking.
Training programme	To be created following detailed aGent’s assessments with both the company and group’s needs in mind. The recommended minimum training session is a block of 2 hours per group per week.
Progress	Progress is measured on a combination of regular attendance, trainee input and overall commitment to the training targets agreed at the beginning of the training.
Certificates (on request)	In conjunction with both companies and trainees, and upon the successful completion of the training, a certificate can be provided showing the contents of the training and the trainee’s current level.
Location	In order to maximise training time and to minimise time away from the office all training takes place on the company’s premises.
