For all your individual language training needs. This training is specific to each individual and can be created to their wishes and on topics of their choice i.e. fluency, office communication, secretarial training etc.

One-2-one coaching enables the training to be customised to the individual client’s needs thus allowing the client to adapt their training programme where they feel necessary i.e. if there is an upcoming meeting the training can be used as a platform for preparation.

Target group	Senior management and top level executives who require a flexible, more targeted approach to language training. Or clients who need to focus on a specific topic or area to aid them in their day-to-day business activities.
Training programme	To be created individually following a detailed aGent’s assessment. The recommended minimum training session is 2 hours per week.
Progress	Progress is measured on a combination of regular attendance, trainee input and overall commitment to the training targets agreed at the beginning of the training.
Certificates (on request)	In conjunction with both companies and trainees, and upon the successful completion of the training, a certificate can be provided showing the contents of the training and the trainee’s current level.
Location	In order to maximise training time and to minimise time away from the office all training takes place on the company’s premises.
